• Stretches of road or trail between intersections are designated:
    E = Easy
    M = Moderate
    S = Steep or difficult

In some instances, numbers shown may designate several intersections in close proximity (within 1/2 mile or so). Two of the numerals designate areas where there are multiple trails; 31 is the power line area just east of the campground with many miles of snowmobile and powerline trails; 13 is the Hemingway State Forest in Tamworth, also with several miles of trails.
