Fun by Foot & Wheels Abounds!
Chocorua Camping Village has several nature and bike trails. Combined, they are about 5 miles long. These trails range from easy to moderate with a couple of fun hills, making them suitable for all ages!
The winding country roads surrounding the campground offer more extensive biking routes, from just a few miles to twenty or more miles, that can easily be traveled in an hour to several hours.
Very Important Biking Tips!
- ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding!
- Bring lots of water (at least two bottles per rider).
- Bring energy snacks like granola, energy bars, dried fruit, etc.
- Wear appropriate clothes. You'll get hot while biking, so consider bringing a swimsuit!
- Most important: Have Fun!
Attention Long Distance Hikers!
It's a little-known fact that the entire earth radiates out in all directions from Chocorua Camping Village! If you go in a straight line from the campground, you will eventually return to that same spot, right back at the best place for camping fun!
Be a Conscientious Camper!
- Please place all rubbish in the dumpsters provided.
- Consume alcoholic beverages in moderation and ONLY at your campsite.
- No Lifeguard at beach - parents please accompany your children.
- Park only on the driveway of your campsite.
- Do not cut down any vegetation or trees - living or dead.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
