All seasonal site fees include water, sewer, cable and wifi. Electric service is to be metered and paid accordingly as billed throughout the camping season.
These rates will include at no extra charge, both cable TV and WiFi at all seasonal sites. The discounts we offer our returning seasonals, based on years you have been seasonal with us, still apply.
$150.00 discount for those who have completed 11+ consecutive seasons with us
